Welance is a marketplace for professional beauty and wellness services only. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on sexual, adult or illegal content and services, enforced automatically and around the clock.
1. Zero tolerance for adult or sexual content
Welance strictly prohibits any sexual, adult, escort or "extras" service, any solicitation of such services, and any sexual, explicit or suggestive imagery anywhere on the Platform. Welance is for licensed, professional beauty and wellness work — nothing else. There are no exceptions.
2. Automated photo screening (always on)
Every photo uploaded to Welance is automatically screened by our image-authentication system before it can appear in public. The system is active on 100% of uploads: it detects sexual, adult, explicit or suggestive content and rejects the image on the spot — it never becomes visible to anyone. The same system blocks photos that carry phone numbers, social handles or watermarks. Screening runs entirely on our secure servers; no photo bypasses it.
3. Massage & body-contact services
Massage and body-contact treatments on Welance are strictly professional and therapeutic (for example Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, hot stone). Any attempt to use the massage category — or any other category — to offer, imply or solicit sexual or adult services is an immediate and serious violation and is treated under Section 5.
4. Verified professionals
Every professional must complete phone verification before their profile can go live; unverified contact details are never displayed. Clients see transparent prices and are matched to nearby professionals on an interactive map.
5. Enforcement & permanent suspension
Prohibited photos are rejected automatically and never published. Any account that attempts to upload prohibited content, or to offer or solicit sexual, adult or illegal services, is flagged immediately. Confirmed or repeated violations result in permanent account suspension and a lifetime device and network (IP) blacklist that prevents the offender from returning, anywhere in the world, and may be reported to the relevant authorities and app-store platforms. These decisions are final.
6. Report & block
Every user can report or block any other user directly from their profile or a booking. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on. You should report any content or behaviour that breaches these Standards. We never tolerate harassment, threats or abuse.
